With specific teachings\, partner exercises and meditations we learn again to access our intuition and help the person we work with to come to clarity\, understanding and love. Unless we experience and realize that we “are” love\, our strategy patterns to ask for this love from outside are the source of infinite suffering\, unleashing and endless cycle of negative emotions and feeling unfulfilled..
